Have your say on the proposed roundabout in Uxbridge

The Region of Durham is proposing to construct a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Brock Road (Regional Road 1) and Goodwood Road (Regional Road 21) in the Township of Uxbridge (Coppins Corners).

The public information package with the project background and preliminary design can be reviewed at durham.ca/BrockGoodwoodRoundabout.

Comments are requested by June 1.

The project includes converting the intersection into a roundabout and adding an eastbound truck climbing lane. These improvements are anticipated to enhance long-term traffic flow, reduce delays and improve safety for all road users.
