Free info session offers help on taking your house from drafty to cozy

Durham Greener Homes is offering a free information session on how to transform a drafty house into a cozy home with practical energy upgrades.

The free one-hour long session will explain practical ways to make a home more comfortable in every season while using less energy. Hear from an energy coach and a local contractor about common upgrades like heat pumps, insulation and air sealing, smart thermostats and controls, and other heating and cooling improvements. They’ll also share what rebates and other financial support may be available.

Participants can also sign up for a free one-on-one consultation with an energy coach to discuss personalized options for your home.
